Finding the Perfect Home- Step by Step
I will help you every step of the way. From the first home we see to the closing and beyond, I’ll use my 20+ years of experience to counsel you.
I will help you figure out what you can afford. Today there is a vast array of loan programs. I’ll refer you to a lender who will help you decide which program is best for you.
I will explain the paperwork. When you’re involved in the emotional process of buying your Dahl house, the paperwork can be confusing. I’ll help demystify it!
First Meeting
I meet with all potential buyers to explain the entire process from the first showing to closing. This includes a review of every single form and piece of paper that buyers will have to deal with. Time invested is about 45 minutes to an hour. The result is no surprises along the way.
I will use all the resources available to find you the best property. These include the Multiple Listing Service, more than 20 years of past clients and my contacts in the community.
I will negotiate for you. I am a Certified Negotiation Specialist and will use these skills to help you achieve your goals.
I will follow up on the details. Once you’ve found your Dahl house, the Home Inspection, Attorney review, lending process all need to be monitored. You can be assured that I will be on top of it.
I will communicate with you throughout the process. In any relationship, communication is key. I will keep you informed.
I will recommend service providers and tradespeople if you need them. I have amassed a list of trustworthy people for every type of job.
I will be with you at the closing. As a rule, there’s not much for me to do at the closing, but I think it’s important to be with you, if only to be a familiar, friendly face at the table!
