I will prepare a color brochure showing off your property in the best way possible.

I will always keep you informed every step of the way using the method you are most comfortable whether it is by email, phone or in writing.

I will follow up on all the details to make sure your home is sold for the maximum dollar.

I will negotiate for you like I would for myself, using my 20 plus years of experience to get you the best outcome possible.

I will always tell you the truth no matter how painful it is for you or me.

If at anytime you are unhappy with my service or I don't do what I said I was going to do, I will cancel your listing and return it to you the next day upon your request- No questions asked, No cost to you.
